You can expect your package within 3-7 working days of order confirmation for Slovenia and Croatia. For the EU, you can expect your package within 7-14 days of order confirmation. In case of increased order volumes, the package can be dispatched up to 5 working days after order confirmation. If you ordered your package during a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be sent to you the next working day. Each product from the online shop is available within a reasonable period of time. In the online shop, delivery is possible exclusively by the Post of Slovenia delivery service. You will be informed of the status of your order by e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail after we have received your order of the availability of the products and other information about your order.

- The delivery price for Croatia is 8,35 EUR. The delivery time is 5-7 working days.
- The delivery price for EU 1 is 15,25 EUR. The delivery time is 7-10 working days.
- The delivery price for EU 2 is EUR 25,15. The delivery time is 10-14 working days.
EU 1 delivery area includes Austria, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Italy, Netherlands.
EU delivery area 2 includes Portugal, Spain, Denmark, France, Greece, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Ireland.
