If you proceed with your purchase in the Ninety Degrees online shop, it means that you are aware of and agree to the full terms and conditions. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Ninety Degrees online shop. All changes are binding on customers, so we recommend that you check the terms and conditions regularly.
1. General terms and conditions of the online shop and information about the provider
The general terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). The Ninety Degrees online shop is an information system designed for the presentation and sale of products to the user (buyer), which is operated by Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. The general terms and conditions of business deal with the operation of the Ninety Degrees online shop, the user’s (buyer’s) rights and the business relationship between Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. and the user (buyer). Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. reserves the right to make changes to the general terms and conditions. By using the Ninety Degrees online shop itself, each user, visitor is deemed to be aware of and agrees to these general terms and conditions. Users are advised to check the general terms and conditions each time they decide to use the Ninety Degrees online shop, since, in accordance with Article 120 of the current Code of Obligations, they are bound by them and are thus obliged to comply with them.
Users (customers) use, visit and browse the Ninety Degrees Online Shop at their own responsibility. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage to the goods and other property of the users of the Ninety Degrees online shop, neither for any viruses that may affect computer equipment as a result of visiting, using, browsing or downloading any data and information from this online shop. Likewise, Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. is not responsible for the content of any external, other webshop that is in any way connected to the Ninety Degrees webshop.
The content of this webshop is protected by copyright and related rights law. The content published in the Ninety Degrees online shop may be uploaded and downloaded, but solely for the purposes of domestic, personal use. In no case may the contents of the Ninety Degrees online shop be reproduced, copied, republished, posted, transmitted by mail or otherwise communicated or distributed for public or commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p..
2. Accessibility of information
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. undertakes to provide the following information to the user (customer) at all times:
- the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company);
- contact details that enable the user (customer) to communicate quickly and efficiently (e- mail address, telephone, etc.);
- information on the essential features of the products or services offered by the online shop, including after-sales services and guarantees;
- information on the availability of the products offered by the online shop;
- the method and conditions of delivery of the products, in particular the place and approximate time of delivery;
- all prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously stated and must show whether they already include taxes and transport and other charges, and the period of validity of this information;
- information on the method of payment;
- information on the time validity of the offer from the online shop;
- information on the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (description of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act; in cases where the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer shall be expressly informed thereof);
- information on the possibility of returning products and if and how much such return costs the user (buyer);
- information on the user’s (buyer’s) complaint procedure and the contact details of the user’s (buyer’s) contact person;
Offer and delivery of products
Due to the nature of online business, the product range in the online shop changes and is updated frequently and rapidly.
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. will deliver the ordered products to the user (customer) within the agreed time limit. The contractual partner of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. for the delivery of items is the Post of Slovenia. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable it to fulfil the order more efficiently.
You can expect your package within 3-7 working days from the order confirmation for Slovenia and Croatia. For the EU, you can expect your package within 7-14 days of order confirmation. In case of increased order volumes, the package can be sent up to 5 working days after order confirmation. If you ordered your package during a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be sent to you the next working day. Each product from the online shop is available within a reasonable period of time. The online shop can only be delivered by the Post of Slovenia delivery service. You will be informed of the status of your order by e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail after we have received your order of the availability of the products and other information about your order.
- The delivery price for Slovenia is EUR 5,45. Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
- The delivery price for Croatia is 8,35 EUR. The delivery time is 5-7 working days.
- The delivery price for EU 1 is EUR 15,25. The delivery time is 7-10 working days.
- The delivery price for EU 2 is EUR 25,15. The delivery time is 10-14 working days.
The EU 1 delivery area includes Austria, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Italy, Netherlands.
EU delivery area 2 includes Portugal, Spain, Denmark, France, Greece, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Ireland.
Free delivery to Slovenia and Croatia for purchases of €200 or more.
Payment methods
In the online shop it is possible to pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and Maestro) or online platform PayPal. After receipt of the payment on account, the order will go forward to the processing stage. It is also possible to pay for the purchase of products from the online shop by transferring the purchase price in advance to the transaction account of the company Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. according to the pro forma invoice, in which case the online price applies.
4.1. Payment by credit card or PayPal
Payment by credit card or PayPal is a secure e-payment by credit card. It ensures a secure transaction between the seller and the buyer. It is used anonymously, quickly and securely.
In the case of credit card payments, the following conditions also apply:
- The payer (the user’s or buyer’s account details) must be the same person or organisation as the owner of the debit or credit card.
- In the case that the information of the payer on the invoice and the person on the payment or credit card do not match, Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac, s.p. reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Once the receipt of the order has been confirmed, no changes can be made to the content of the order or the final amount of the order, unless exceptionally with the approval of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p..
4.2. Payment by pro forma invoice
Companies and individuals receive an pro forma invoice, on the basis of which they then transfer the amount for the goods ordered to our transaction account. In order for us to issue an pro forma invoice, users (buyers) must provide all the necessary information that we request at the time of ordering. If the product is out of stock, the delivery date agreed between the parties is also indicated on the pro forma invoice. The pro forma invoice is sent by e-mail. The pro forma invoices are issued within five working days of receipt of the order. The offer contained in the pro forma invoice shall be valid for 10 days from the date of issue of the invoice.
5. Prices
Ordering in the Ninety Degrees online shop is done in Slovenian or English via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can select and order the products available in the product list. All prices in the Ninety Degrees online shop are quoted in euros and already include value added tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise in the online shop. A discounted price is the reduced regular price at which the featured product is sold for a fixed or indefinite period of time. The prices in the online shop are the prices of the products and do not include delivery fees. Prices are valid at the time of placing an order and do not have any pre-determined validity and are therefore valid only until changed from time to time. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it is possible that a price may be incorrect. In the case referred to in the previous sentence and in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, i.e. from the moment of placing the order until the order confirmation, Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. will:
- will inform the user (buyer) of the new prices, in which case the user (buyer) shall have the option of modifying or cancelling his/her order, in whole or in part, or confirming the order at the new prices, all at no additional cost;
- will allow the user (buyer) to withdraw from the purchase and at the same time offer the user (buyer) a mutually beneficial and satisfactory solution.
Prices are valid in case of payment by the above mentioned payment methods, under the above mentioned conditions. Prices are subject to change and may be modified by Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. without prior notice.
6. Purchase procedure
Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The user (buyer) selects and orders the products available to him/her in the online shop, which are grouped in categories. Ordering from our online shop is safe and easy.
The purchase contract between Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. and the user (buyer) is concluded in the online shop at the moment the order is placed. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions of purchase are fixed and apply to both Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. and the user (buyer).
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. shall issue an invoice to the user (buyer) who purchases a product from the online shop, in writing and with an itemised cost. The purchase contract in the form of a purchase order is stored electronically on the server of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. and is accessible to the user (buyer) at any time in his/her user profile. The purchase agreement is concluded in the Slovenian language.
The purchase in the Ninety Degrees online shop is made in five steps: select the product(s) and add them to the shopping cart, view the shopping cart, enter your data for the invoice and delivery, select the payment method and confirm the order. We will then deliver your selected goods to your chosen address as soon as possible.
At the checkout you can choose whether to register your purchase or purchase as a guest.

7. Right of withdrawal, refund products
The user (buyer) is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and immediately report any irregularities or damage to the delivery company, and then arrange with Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. for the replacement of the goods or refund of the purchase price. Subsequent damage claims due to delivery will not be accepted without a report!
The user or buyer (the above applies exclusively to private persons who acquire the product for purposes other than their own profit-making activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of taking delivery of the products that he/she is withdrawing from the contract, without being required to give a reason for his/her decision. The period starts one day after the date of receipt of the products. The User (Buyer) shall notify the withdrawal from the contract to the Seller’s e-mail address: support@9tydegrees.eu. The only cost to be borne by the User (Buyer) as a result of the withdrawal from the purchase contract shall be the cost of postage for the return of the products to the address of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p.

If the user (buyer) has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, the goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in unchanged quantity and form, and must be sent back to Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. at the user’s own expense within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. A copy of the original invoice must be attached. If the postal package with which the user (buyer) received the ordered products is physically damaged, if the contents are missing or if it shows signs of opening, the user (buyer) must initiate the complaint procedure with the delivery service.
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. is not obliged to accept the goods if they are out of warranty destroyed, spoiled, (partially) lost or reduced in quantity. The user (buyer) shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of contracts whose object is a product which has been manufactured according to the user’s (buyer’s) precise specifications, which has been adapted to the user’s (buyer’s) personal needs, which by its nature is not suitable for return, which is perishable or which has reached the end of its expiry date. The right to a refund in the event of a warranty and material defects is governed in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
For returned products, Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. shall refund the amount paid to the user (buyer) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation message. The refund shall be made by Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. to the personal or transaction account of the user (buyer), to the same account from which the payment was made.
Our company does not assume the risk of delays in the reimbursement of the purchase price, which may be caused by the bank or the online application for bank transfers.
8. Damaged, destroyed or lost consignment
In the case of prepayment, Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. shall not be held liable for any physical damage, destruction or loss of the consignment from the moment the consignment with the ordered products is handed over to the delivery service, nor if the contents of the consignment are missing or if the consignment shows signs of opening (packaging has visible damage). In all these cases, the user (buyer) must initiate the complaint procedure with Post Slovenije by taking the parcel to the nearest post office in the same condition as received, without adding or removing anything, and completing the complaint report. He shall also inform Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. at the contact e-mail: support@9tydegrees.eu.
9. Warranty
In the event of a complaint or if you require further information regarding the service of the Ninety Degrees online shop, we expect to hear from you by e-mail: support@9tydegrees.eu.
Products are warranted if so stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and the presentation of the invoice. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty card or on the invoice. Warranty information is also given on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the product is not covered by the warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the buyer may contact Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p., who will provide up-to-date information.
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. undertakes that if the product does not function properly under normal use, it will, at the request of the buyer, if made within the warranty period, repair the product at its own expense within 45 days or, if this is not possible, deliver to the buyer a product that functions properly. The warranty shall commence on the date of delivery of the product to the buyer, as evidenced by the original invoice. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. does not guarantee the product in case of tampering by unauthorised persons, unprofessional and incorrect installation, unprofessional and negligent handling of the product by the buyer. Nor does the guarantee cover defects or breakages caused by transport after delivery, defects caused by incorrect installation or maintenance, mechanical defects caused by the user. The guarantee is honoured upon presentation of the original invoice and a completed claim form. The claim form can be found here.
Due to the increasing number of abuses, we are forced to adhere more strictly to the warranty conditions in the future. Therefore, when making a claim, you must first return the product that is the subject of the claim to us for inspection. You will be informed whether the claim is accepted or rejected within 30 days of receipt of the claim. You can normally expect a decision on your complaint within 14 days. A product that already has visible signs of assembly (e.g. breakage, scratches) or the security seal has been removed is excluded from the complaint. If it is established that the product has been used in accordance with the warranty conditions, we will repair the product at our expense within 45 days or, if this is not possible, we will deliver a product that works perfectly. If you have been given a new product to replace a damaged one, you must return the damaged one within 20 days at the latest. If you fail to do so, we will charge you for the second product.
10. Safety
We assure you that we will treat your data confidentially, protect it carefully and will never disclose or sell it to a third party (exceptions in the case of illegal activity in accordance with applicable legal regulations). We will only use the data obtained for the smooth execution of purchases, statistical analysis in order to improve the functioning of the websites and services and, if you so choose, to send you newsletters and offers. Card data is not stored on the server of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p.. Ninety Degrees stores the following data of members (registered users or customers) indefinitely: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication. For guests of Ninety Degrees, Ninety Degrees stores the following personal data of guests only for the period until the order is fulfilled: first and last name, email address, contact telephone, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and communication archive. After the order has been fulfilled, only the data relating to the individual order shall be stored, which can only be accessed through knowledge of the account number and the order number.
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user (customer) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and ZVOP-1. The user (buyer) must be aware that he/she is obliged to provide the online merchant with his/her personal data in a correct and truthful form, and that he/she is obliged to inform the online merchant of any changes to his/her data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user (buyer) confirms that the personal data provided by him/her is correct.
The user (buyer) is also responsible for the protection of his/her personal data by ensuring the security of his/her e-mail address, username and password, and by ensuring that his/her computer is protected by appropriate software and anti-virus protection.
11. User (customer) reviews and product ratings
The opinions, comments and product reviews provided by users (customers) or visitors are part of the functionality of the online shop and are intended for the community of users (customers). Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. is not responsible for the content of the opinions, comments and product reviews provided by users (customers) or visitors. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. reviews opinions, comments and ratings before publication and rejects those that are manifestly untrue, misleading, abusive, obscene or, in the opinion of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p., do not offer any benefit to other users (customers) or visitors of the online store. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. is not responsible for the information contained in the opinions, comments and ratings and disclaims any liability arising from such information.
By submitting an opinion, comment or review, the user (customer) or visitor expressly agrees to the terms of use and Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. authorises the publication of part or all of the text in all electronic and other media. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. shall have the right to use the content of the opinion, comment or review indefinitely and for any purpose that is in the business interest of Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications. The author of the opinion, comment or review simultaneously declares and warrants that he/she is the owner of the material and moral copyrights of the opinions, comments or reviews written and that he/she transfers these rights free of charge, non-exclusively and for an unlimited period of time to Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p..
12. Responsibility
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. makes every effort to ensure that the information published in the online shop is up-to-date and correct, but the characteristics of the products, the delivery date or the price may change so quickly that Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. is not able to correct the information published in the online shop in a timely manner. In such a case, Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. will inform the user (customer) of the changes and give him the opportunity to withdraw from the order or to modify the order. Although Ninety Degrees , Karlo Pletenac s.p. endeavours to provide accurate photographs of the products for sale in the online shop, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. shall not be held liable for any physical damage, destruction or loss of the consignment from the moment the consignment containing the ordered products is delivered to the post office, nor if the contents of the consignment are missing or if the consignment shows signs of opening. In these cases, the user (buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. In the event of damage to the consignment, he/she shall do so by bringing the consignment to the nearest post office in the same condition as received, without adding or removing anything, and by completing a claim report.
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. is not responsible for the information contained in the reviews and disclaims any liability arising out of the information provided in the reviews.
We are not responsible for any fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges imposed by your bank, as well as any other additional fees for foreign currency transactions charged by your card issuer in case the EUR is not the currency in which your credit card issuer bills you.
13. Complaints and disputes
Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfil its duty to provide an effective complaints handling system. Users (customers) can send a complaint to the following e-mail address: support@9tydegrees.eu.
The complaint handling process is confidential. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. is aware that a fundamental characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs involved in resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to consumers not bringing a dispute before the courts. Therefore, Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. must acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, tell the user (customer) how long it will take to deal with it and keep the customer informed of the progress of the complaint. If no amicable settlement of the dispute is reached, the court of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. and the user (customer). Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. and the user (buyer), as participants in electronic commerce, mutually acknowledge the validity of the electronic messages in court.
These General Terms and Conditions of Business and all disputes between Ninety Degrees, Karlo Pletenac s.p. and the User (Buyer) shall be governed by and governed by the substantive and procedural law of Slovenia, without giving effect to any rules of private international law which would refer to the application of any other law. The provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Act on Electronic Commerce on the Market, the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Consumer Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
